I don't know but I believe that the United States wouldn't want to do all those things just for the main purpose of making some countries has more debt. Indeed The world economy is really complicated

I think that the United States might not have enough options right now and this might be the reason why they may be increasing the interest rates in order to stop inflation in the country.
