There are number of people who missed Bitcoin in 2013 when the price was very low and now is 2023 because there is another opportunity to buy because the price is low and it's an opportunity to accumulate more Bitcoin.

I agree with you, this can be another big chance to invest in Bitcoin if you missed 2013 because some analysts predict it's price to reach $1 million in 2030.

I don't even think this is the best time but it is still a good time. The best time was that point it fell so much around November and December. You can buy now because when once it gets bullish, no turning back.
Now is definitely not the best time to go into buying or investing on cryptocurrency except you intend to trade or partake in other forms of cryptocurrency.
I also see the current bitcoin low price as an opportunity to invest but one must take caution. You can use what happened in 2013 to determine what will happen in 2023. If you must invest in bitcoin now, do it in moderate. Don't invest what you can't avoid to lose.

It is not bad to invest in bitcoin now. That's because all possible indicators point to the fact that bitcoin would appreciate in a matter of time.
Certainly there are always opportunities in the market, do not regret past opportunities because there will always be more, you just have to be prepared, who believed that when Bitcoin was at 69k it could fall to 15k? if you had a Bitcoin and you had sold at those levels you could have bought almost 5 Bitcoins in the fall, and in all cycles the same thing happens, just accumulate and wait patiently.

There's a dip in cryptocurrency now but can you say in certainty that it's price will soon start to increase. Everybody is just guessing. No one can say when cryptocurrency price will start to increase. That's I advice to only invest what they can lose.
Yes, Its price would not soon start to increase any time soon. As you have rightly said, If you intend investing in Bitcoin for a Long term purpose the time is now and only invest what you can afford to lose.
I knew about bitcoin in 2014 and I received my fist bitcoins in 2016. If I had saved all of my bitcoins I would have 1 Bitcoin in 2017. In 2022, bitcoin went as low as $18K but sadly I did not have money to invest.

Bitcoin is still in high demand currently but there are other factors that determines the Price of Bitcoin, though demand or use case is one of them but at this point I don't believe it has much effect on the price of Bitcoin.
In addition, the traction that bitcoin has gained in the crypto world has made so many people to want to invest in Bitcoin. Ultimately, it's an opportunity to keep buying now because the price is still at the dip.
