I will answer your questions in just easy words:
to make a thread follow those steps:

1- choose your topic and click on the right section for that (we have a lot of sections as Ptc, GPT, business discussion, general discussion ...).
2- write a good title of your thread to let the members understand what do you need.
3- write your article carefully, (must your thread includes more than 150 letters)
4- scroll down and share it ^^

if you're a new member you will wait till one of the staff members approve it.
