that's weird to hear that, usually legit companies never ask you to give them money for the intreview or the classes. Everything is on them so never give money to get hired because it's a scam.

ok, but what of in a case the company is not on linkedin? do you have an another means of researching for the company, because there was a time i had a job interview, and i tried searching for the company online, and to my greatest shock, they had no online presence.
