Unfortunately my business have not grown to be carried out on an international level but it is something that I am looking forward to doing which is why I've been promoting my business online and sooner or later, I will start getting international clients to sell to.
 
Actually there are several ways to manage a business to an international level I think.

Managing such a big business like McDonald's would mean that I would need more help to manage the business at an international level. This would call for bringing in more managers for the company in different countries so that I knew that each area had a manager that could keep an eye on the business and ensure that the business is running as it should. Staying in contact with the managers and interacting with them regularly would be key as well to ensure the business runs smoothly everywhere.
We just need to make sure that you are connected to one or two people in that country so that they can monitor the business for you even though you are not around
 
You localise the business in that countries and make it a subsidiary of the parent company. In that way, you make the business an independent business in that country. The people managing it over there would see it as their own and manage it well. Make sure that top management are citizens of the host country. That's why you would hear MTN Nigeria.
