I am again hesitant to share this, but I will. I have successfully sold 1 eBook without spend any money. Here are my dilemmas

1. I operate from Nicaragua, so Amazon or KDP won't accept me
2. Google Biz publisher is not here yet

What did I do?
1) I loaded the book intro to my website
2) Created accounts on two free email platforms
3) Advertise to them

I eventually sold about 41 copies. Made $65 dollars. Was it worth it?
