I want to add more to it. I believe surrounding yourself with like-minded and positive people is also necessary for your mental health.

Try to keep yourself away from all kinds of negativity to stay healthy and happy.
 
How to maintain ones mental health can be different for each person. For me I try to eat healthy, workout, get outside often, visit family & friends and so on. Also I take my work into it as well, as work can always affect your mental health. I try to to my best, but it's not always easy.

And if you feel you need help, take it. There are so many options out there, from therapy, group meetings and more that can help you overcome these problems. Or cope with them.

Anyone who is suffering from any kind of mental problem should always get help ASAP not try to manage it by himself or herself. This is because mental health is something that can deteriorate so fast in a way that you can not be able to manage it and you will suffer more than your supposed to.
 
I have been working from home for many years and I have never had any mental health issues. One of the tricks that has always worked for me is by spending a considerable amount of time working. If you are engaged in your work, you wouldn't have time to complain about your issues or experience any kind fo stress. You should also consider working on jobs that you love.
 
Taking care of mental health is very important, although I have never had a serious mental health problem in my opinion, it is important to maintain healthy lifestyle habits, such as a good diet, try to exercise, socialize with others and maintain good social relationships, do not stay too long at home and others in order to have better mental health and well-being, there are many things that influence your mental well-being, but healthy habits can go a long way toward improving it.

Maintaining mental health is definitely something that is very important and the ways that you can do that are usually really easy and do not cost any money either which is a bonus.

I have actually been diagnosed with some mental health conditions.

Keeping busy, whether at work or at home pursuing my hobbies, is one thing that always keeps me sane and from overthinking.

I used to have very bad sleep habits when I was younger, and I one day realized how it affected my mental health.

I do cut back on caffeinated beverages because they can increase your anxiety drinking too much of them.

I'm on some medications to help with some of the symptoms of my mental health conditions, so consistently taking my medication is something I need to do.
