You might even be giving yourself so much stress and something you should take immediate action, I believe this is of people should be kicked out,if they are really serious that they are not paying I think you should try inviting the police.

Verily verily i say unto you, this type of tenant are the worst kind because there aim is beyond not paying house rent, they might even want your house if care is not taken.

Actually the same story had happened in our side also. When people rent their houses without any legal agreement, later the tenant went to court claiming that the house belongs to them. That is a very shocking for me, how can someone claim others house to be theirs.

Well to me personally I really think that one way you could make them pay somewhat faster is that you will always tell them before hand or way earlier before their rent is due as this will help them save or gather up the rent fee before it expires
