Writing skills can be improve simply by doing one thing: writing in itself. Writing regularly helps you polish your writing skills. Read a lot of books about writing styles, practice them without fail. You will definitely be perfect someday. Find a mentor or coach to put you through with some things. Write about almost everything that happens in your day, try using strong imagery too.
