Very good advice. I think it is also important that sometimes you take a day or week off as well to unwind and separate from daily struggles.

And always make sure you have something you enjoy doing, daily. Emphasis on the word daily. Otherwise, life will feel like one big overwhelming task after another. There is no joy in that kind of living. Also, watch out for the Debbie-Downers of the world. Protect your energy, either keep it to yourself or share it with only positively-charged people. ✨🙏
 
One of the ways to manage stress is to relate what you are going through to a confident and trust worthy individual.Stating and speaking out has a way of removing burden from your mind,and if the individual is competent enough it will go a long way to help.
 
Talking to someone is actually a great way to start incase one is feeling demotivated so that it does not accumulate into something bigger unexpectedly.

One of the undoing a person having the issue of stress is trying to manage it alone,he should be able to open up to those he feel can be of help to what he is passing through.This act will go a long way to ease the difficulty he is experiencing.
 
Very good advice on how we an all get away from me talk stress. Stress is not a good way for one to remain in all the time. It can shorten our lifespan quicker than you think

Wise words!!! Being alone in trying times is not advisable at all as it can be used against one's self, which is why it is important that one has a confidant with whom one can share things.
 
It's fine to say "No" to requests for your time and energy that may cause you undue stress. You don't have to constantly live up to others' expectations. It's fine to accept that you won't be perfect at everything all of the time.

Well there are some things you can do
1: talk about it with the people you like to talk to
2: listen to music
3: if you are going to fail something then just accept the faith don't let it mess with your mind
4: do things you like to pass the time and stress like watching a nice movie talking on discord and etcetera...
5: talk with people who experienced or experiencing stress to ask them for help, what are they doing to face it?
