I really do not agree with you on this one. I feel like dieting is for people who wants to lose weight. In order to keep fit, i believe one needs to eat healthy instead of dieting.

That's true. I've discovered that when i eat too much, i become too lazy to do anything. Sometimes, i even become to lazy to stand up from the dining table and so, i try as much as possible not to eat too much.
