I think almost all kinds of businesses experience this. There comes a time when you encounter a really rude and "self-entitled" customer who may behave really badly. What are some of the best ways to deal with such kind of customers who never ant to listen in the first place?
 
The best way is to ignore them, cause truth be told, once you start listening to, you would definitely want to answer them in return and that might lead to something else. The best thing to do is ignore them.
 
As for me I don't think people or customers who tends to be rude in one way or the other towards any business are capable of been called customers. One should just stay away from this category of people.
 
Dealing with rude customers happens all too often and it's usually because they have a sense of self-entitlement and feel that they are always right regardless of them actually being wrong. If I was put in a situation where I had to deal with a rude customer and it seemed like there was no way to deal or reason with them I would walk away and speak with my manager and they would take over and deal with it for me. In more extreme cases I would hope that security would be easy to call over and deal with the customer if need be.
 
Maybe they are unsatisfied with your response or solution. These days I don't really blame customers if they are rude to vendors because it's only someone who haven't been frustrated by marketers wouldn't understand.

You should know that as someone working as a customer care service agent, you can only do to customers what your organization want. So you can't give them gifts if the company didn't make a reservation for that.
 
Over the years I have experience some customers who can be very difficult to deal with,especially when they want you to give them some special preference,all you have to do is to deal with them with wisdom.

Dealing with the customer is also a very difficult task sometime deal with such customers who are very rude but can't talk to him angrily If we do this then the image of our business gets tarnished. Should talk lovingly with such customers If you do this, he will definitely listen to you.

If a customer is really rude to me what I usually do and has worked for me in some occasion, is that I let another of my colleague to solve the issue the customer has.
 
Well, i will not have anything to do. If they are very rude and they are not willing to listen I will just let them be .I know sometimes this could be so annoying but you don't have to get angry with your customers.
When their case is too much you just have to let them know that you can't help them. Simple.
