I think the best way to do this is for you to try as much as possible to be honest in the type of business you are doing and you should also stay away from any property that is dubious ,this will help to stay away from trouble from people and securities agency.

Sincerely, i never new real estate could be this risky to the point of going to court, wow, thank God I'm no longer into the business anyways.

Communal issues is the most difficult problem to solve in any issues that can arise from land and properties because it will not be easy to satisfy all the concern communities at the same time. I do not have experience in real estate but I have friends and family that are realtors, so I learnt a great deal from them through their wealth of experiences.

Some of these real estate agents are just after their pockets. Most times they don't care about the buyer being satisfied with the property. They would get into trouble easily if they are not honest and transparent.
