Taking care of my mental health is something that is always very important to me. I have been in a family situation where someone had a very bad mental health and it nearly cost him his life. He was even suicidal at one point and this is something I can't let myself to experience.

It doesn't matter if it is at the person's workplace, home, school or any other place, the person will always find it very difficult to do the things he is supposed to do in the right manner.
