How often should you post on your socials? I think every other day is fine, as long as you're not spamming the same stuff over and over. Also it's fine to have fun with your social too.

I think it is best to post at least once or twice daily but only if you have content worth sharing. If you are not making anything new, it seems like overkill to keep sharing the same few links. It will come off as spam to people on social media.

I believe that how often you should post on your social media account is dependent on the importance of being actively involved in growing your account which is why you have to to get seriously at a particular point in time, otherwise it is something that you should be doing once in a while.

I think that is a pretty decent posting frequency. What is your audience size and how many engagements do you receive on each post? How many clicks do you get on the links you share on social media. I post 2-3 times a week.
