How much do you think should be set aside for marketing for a new business?

That is true, before starting a business you need to set side the amount of money when starting a new business, because the size of business can determine the amount of money set to start up the business.

Well, many people always calculate the cost of business before establishing a business in the first place. However, people should also have additional capital in order to deal with miscellaneous expenses.
 
Personally I will say, a huge amount of money should be set aside to start a business even though it depends on what you know concerning it.

It becomes difficult to predict, because alot of things changes on daily basis.
 
There are many people who spend a lots of money on marketing a specific business or product. However, they never realise that they also need to assess the demand of the product as well before they market it.
I think assessing the demand for a particular product is very important before you spend money on marketing. Even if you market what people are not interested in you're not going to get the necessary result.
 
Well I think the amount of money to be set aside doe business, depends on the kind of business you want.

The money that will be enough for an importation business, might not be the same for the establishment of a factory.
 
I think this depends on the kind of business, if it's a huge business I'm very sure you'll need to have a good amount of money to advertise it, saving up a lot of money will be a good idea.

You have a very good point! but I still believe that advertisement shouldn't be based on the size of your business company alone, but it should be based on your production capacity .

That's true, but most of the time the size of your company determines your production capacity. Big companies have enough manpower and capacity to produce more than small companies.
 
I can't really tell exactly until or unless a marketing survey is conducted, you may be able to predict how much may be enough to start such.

A new business there is no absolute value of how much you can set aside. For A digital advertisement and marketing it will depend on how how big location you are willing to covered.
