The number of employees you may need for your business may depend a lot on many factors. This usually depends on what kind of business you conduct. Usually if you have a really large business, then you may need to have many employees in order to manage it. So, how many employees do you have?

As you said, the nature of your business and the size of your business would determine the numbers of employees that would be needed to efficiently run the business it is not something that someone can work out for you

The number of employees that is needed to implement the company's activities is dependent on the echelon of job that is available to carry through and the target of the company on a daily basis or monthly basis as the case may be. There should be enough employees to execute such activities more effectively. Presently in my offline business, I have just 3 employees.

I think the number of employees in any business depends on the type of business, I believe you can't employ huge number of people in a small scale business. It also depends on the profit the company earns at the end of everything.

There are many companies that always need employees because their policies are so hard that employees usually leave those companies. There are many customer support and telemarketing companies in my country that have worst policies and they make employees work like slaves.

How big a business is and how demanding the work is would determine the number of employees needed for a business. Currently, i don't have any employee because i don't own a business.

Depends on the business and what you do. Sometimes you can get away by having one or two employees, some don't have employees at all and do the work themselves. But, in the end, it depends on what you're doing with your business. If you have a bit business, then it's best to hire a few more people to make things easier.

I have no physical business yet so I don't the number of employees for my future business, but there are companies that I have worked which have different number of employees. Number of employees actually determine the available of work available in the company.

I do not have full-time employees working for me, I hire staff as I need. When ever I need helping hands, I hire virtual assistants and my payment is based on the task they do. Normally I like working with the same virtual assistant that I have worked with previously.

If you are starting new, you can hire as few staff as possible. This is because sales has not picked up. Later, every role that doesn't overlap should have a staff attending to it for maximum productivity.

I think that a manager has a much better idea about how many employee he may need for his business. This is the ultimate duty of the human resource department to understand how many employees they need.

Currently i do not need any employees, its still a very small business, so i can handle things perfectly well on my own right now.

I agree with you that the number of employees you hire depends on the size of your business. Big businesses hire so many employees. While small businesses can be ran by the owner alone or with the help of one or two employees.

A company usually announces job quota when it feels it needs more employees. i think that when an employee leaves a company, a company starts searching for a new person and this is how they make sure that they have the right person available for the job all the time.

The number of employees you need for your business depends on the size and scope of your operations. Generally speaking, you should aim to have enough employees to cover the necessary tasks and operations of your business, while still ensuring that each employee can be productive and efficient. As a rule of thumb, you should aim to have one employee for every 5-10 customers, or one employee for every two or three tasks. Additionally, you should factor in the costs of hiring, training, and managing employees when determining how many employees you need.

The major cause of the constant resignation of employees could be as a result of work condition.
If the working condition is not favorable then it will trigger many resignation from employees.

I could remember when we newly started our business outfit,we have decision of labor and the task that we have to play is shared among the team members, and with that the operation was running smoothly.

In my offline business even if I need to employ in someone now it will definitely be one single employees.
I do not have to employ in more people as the resources to pay them on time won't be available.
