I don't own a company for now but i believe a good customer service is very essential for every company. At least customers ought to be able to make complaints or get information via the customer service.
 
Probably, that is why it is always important your try as much as possible to be transparent as a business owner. If your business gets bad reviews it will be difficult for you to let customers.

Well I have never seen a company customer services online yet, but I believe that they do attend to people immediately when you issue your complains to them.
