How does your staff handle pressure?

Our staff members are trained to handle pressure in a variety of ways. When our staff members are under pressure, we encourage them to prioritize their tasks, break them down into smaller, more manageable parts, and focus on completing them one at a time, this will indeed reduce their work pressure and improve the quality of their work.

That's true, that's what you are expected to do as a good staff, sometimes we might face a lot of challenges we need to be motivated before we can be able to go.

And a good leader must not be harsh. I am not trying to say that the person should be too friendly but such a person should prevent some sort of familiarities that are not necessary

I am a moderator on a lot of sites and I don't feel any pressure. Since I do not work full time on these sites and I am not paid a lot of money, the admin cannot put me under a lot of pressure
