Depends on what site I'm hiring for and what I need done. Sometimes I hire people to moderate, or to help with social media. Sometimes I hire people to take the lead on a certain site, so that I can take a break and not worry about it anymore.

Not really much, In a day I can be able to get over 500 unique visitors. This was long time ago as I have abandon the blogging. The design and everything about it was not satisfying. I am thinking of restarting a new one soon
