How do you cope up with your stress?

Life is stressful enough before this pandemic and soon after all this things that is happening, there's more thing that you need to think and prioritize. On your own way, how do you usually cope up with your stress?
 
Stress can cause more havoc to us than we think, as humans it inevitable to get stressed out due to the numerous day to day activities we are forced to undergo. But you must never forget that the human body needs rest, so ensure to rest when you stressed.
 
When stressed out i use a painkillers ...
Then straight up to playstation 4...then eat.
I play till I'm weak to play and then sleep.

It may seem that there’s nothing you can do about your stress level. The bills aren’t going to stop coming, there will never be more hours in the day for all your errands, and your career or family responsibilities will always be demanding. But you have a lot more control than you might think. In fact, the simple realization that you’re in control of your life is the foundation of stress management.
 
Though it might be difficult to handle but specifying your 24hours on your to-do list is what could make you win your stress and over come it. Learn not how to overwork and use you time wisely could make you reduce stress.

I'm not the kind person that will just keep working without rest. I scheduled my time for my any daily activities and I usually follow my time table. When it's time to rest I will leave whenever I'm doing I get rest, I don't usually do pass my capacity. It's very important to know how to manage a stress.
 
Handling stress has been may easy with the availability of the social media, music, comedies etc. Whenever if feel stress, I turn to either of the above means.

I listen to music, talk to my siblings and laugh around, just to release stress. I read books when I got the time, and I write my feelings and thoughts whenever I feel stress or any other strong feelings. It helps me a lot to write or talk it out.
 
Do something that you enjoy. Like playing your favorite sports, cook your favorite foods, go watch your favorite movie and so on. Stress starts when you think something negative. Pre-occupy yourself with something and make yourself busy. Spend your time with your love ones.

To me there are two ways some can be stress, you can be stress mentally and physical. When am stress mentally I take my time, and try to play music to go over it, but physically I relax, then take a stroll and also go for watch.

How to cope with stress is to cut down our expenses and try to cut our coat according to our size. We need to live according to our means in life this will make us to avoid accumulating debts upon ourselves. Some people have brought burden upon themselves by accumulating debts so much debts.
 
Whenever I am stressed out, probably at work, what I do is to find a place to rest my head and take a nap at that particular moment and whenever I wake up from the nap, I normally feel better.
 
One way for you to manage stress after work is to go to the creative areas where you can have fun, places like swimming pool, bar hang out with friends with this you can be able to be stress-free.
 
Life is stressful this is something we need to accept in life as a whole, and also we need to get used to the stress in life because we can't do without it

I'm always stressed out, I work from home and take care of my kids as well and they are toddlers so they are very demanding, the only way I cope is by sleeping when I get the opportunity to.
