How can small scale businesses resist competition from large scale businesses?

Competitor Niche down; Small businesses need to go laser focused on a chosen market segment. Pick your angle and flaunt it. Jaw dropping products and services. Customer service and relationship should be your sidekick.
 
Instead of focusing on wider area, you need to work on specific areas if you want to survive the competition from big business. If you are selling clothes, focus on selling kids clothes or plus size, instead of selling all kinds of clothes.
 
How there can be a competition between a small scale business and large scale business.Any small scale business that is trying to compete with a bigger brand without a proper business strategy is obviously going to fail. If the bigger brands have the market why compete in the first place, when you clearly cannot match their quality and service delivery.

The truth of the matter is you cant at the moment, there is just no way because in terms of resources, they have it more, in terms of capital, they have it more, in terms attracting more persons they can do it better, the only thing you might have against them might be cheaper price, which is not enough, as many would still for for the expensive one just because of the packaging
