House or land?

Land for me, since it's still flexible and buyers can do anything they want with it. Not every buyer is looking for a house sometimes they need a place to make a storage or a store or just wanted a farm.
 
In Nigeria it is easier and faster to sell off a land than a house due to some factors..most developers usually wish to start the building themselves .but whichever is sold off there is bound to be high return
 
I prefer to buy a house than a land because it will save me the stress of building. Sometimes people prefer a land because they can build in their structure how they want it to look like. Both have their advantages and disadvantage the land and house as I have mentioned. As a buyer you have to make your choice depending on what you want.
 
Land is easier to sell because on land you can do any type of wonder on it, so finding a buyer for your land will be easy unlike a house that if the buyer isn't satisfied with the structure of the house he won't buy it. Land tends to appreciate more than a house, a disaster can happen to the house
 
I think so land is more easy to sell because on land we can make anything a shop,house,workplace etc so people more buy land so it is easy to sell
Looking at the possibility from your point of view, I agree with you, although I still think it depends on the demand in the state. If you have a land the possibilities to negotiate are good because if it has a good location to build, you will surely sell it at a good price.
 
Location plays good role when it comes to one earning high tomorrow when he or she acquire a landed property. That's why I'll always go for location that has potential to appreciate in the future through the development that will come through it.
 
Normally it is more easier to sell land than to sell buildings, but when it comes to real estate building is more easier to sell this is because real estate are more specialised in building.
 
For me both are instrumental and pivotal for my daily returns of income. With land you can do so many things and raise funds and house you can rent it out or lease apartment for wedding reception, recreational purposes, hospital purposes, and other ceremonies.
 
The one i find more easy to sell is the land,this is due to the fact that there is no development yet and the price tag will be less,and also the buyer might want an empty land for his own kind of structure or for a factory setting.
 
Both are good option in selling depending the location, but some people like buying of land than house because when buying of land you can buy it in a cheap way and sell it in higher way.
 
Since i have no much money to build now, i think with some amount of money. One can own a land in an underdeveloped settle, and hoping for it to increase in the future.
 
For so many reasons as an agent you will find more difficulty in selling of a house than you will in selling of a land because mainly of the price attached to the both.
 
Both are actually hot commodities, as people are willing to buy lands and even completed or incompleted buildings as their property. But i believe lands has higher demand in my country tho.
 
The better sell off agent between house and land is 'land'.
Land is a better sell off agent because in my own personal statistics there are my people who can't afford the price of house and can afford the land and with the land the can use it to do a little business or agriculture.

Both asset ( land and house ) are both important to our lives and they are both sellable properties , but i still landed properties is easier to sell than selling a house , because most people prefer building their own house rather than buying.

It depends on the kind of buyer one see and what the buyer is willing to buy as well,so some buyer would prefer to buy land than buying house so it depends tho. If there is much funds I hope he or she could buy both land and house as well.
 
I'll go for land because to me that is one of the most valuable commodities to invest now and if you can buy a land now there's a possibility that they can make a lot of money in few years time because a land is always valuable over time.

Land negotiations isn't all hard like the house type. Land is somehow affordable than house that's why people pick it out for investment.
 
The best option for you to get it right is to carry out your own survey on the type of demands for any of the two in certain areas, this will determine which you should concentrate on and on what location to concentrate it on. Location is determining factor here
 
Yes, when you build in a developed settlement it is by far better off than investing your funds to build in an underdeveloped settlement.
