I have no idea about the stocks you have mentioned here as I am not engaged with international stocks, it is against my country's law. However, I believe all stocks have some sorts of risk as they are prone to market risks, manipulation, government policy, among others. It would have been better if you had eleborated on why you consider these stocks as high risk stocks.

Firstly, what is the source of said information? I would like to know that and it would have been quite good if you added it in your post, second, I have not heard of most of those companies so I cannot give a detailed opinion, that is why I want to know what the source is to explore more in In detail, if the information is from a single source, it may not be accurate information and there may be better high-risk investments out there.
