My recommendation would be to start writing some articles for popular blogs if you want to earn some money first. Many sites pay $10 to $100 per article so you could get a good deal and it would also be a good experience. Then you could start a blog which possibly could get you an audience that'll be interested in purchasing your e-book when you publish it.
