1) Smoking Effects on The Lungs

When tobacco and other hard drugs are taken, it affects the lungs. It causes inflammation, which leads to excess mucus production, which may likely result in declining lung function and related illness. In addition, smoking can damage circulation and proper absorption of oxygen into the bloodstream. The black Substance (tar) Produced during smoking limit proper oxygen circulations, which leads to low oxygen supplies to the body cells from the lung.

The Cilia play significant roles in cleaning the lungs and clearing them of excess mucus. However, it has been observed that smoking slowly reduces the proper functioning of these organs leading to improper lung cleaning, which might result in infection and another related diseases.

2) Effect on Your Body Circulation

Tobacco and other hard drugs are known to contain chemicals that are harmful to the body. When these chemicals enter the blood, it further increases the risk of a blood clot that directly affects the heart because the heart will have to work harder to maintain blood pressure. This may sometimes increase heart rate and blood pressure. Increased blood pressure and heart rate might result in stroke or heart attack.

Generally, continuous smoking leads to poor assimilation and blood and oxygen circulation to different body parts, which might result in weakness.

3) Smoking Effects on the Skin

Smoking does not only affect the internal parts of the body. For example, smoking could be observed in the skin. It changes the skin structure since oxygen is generally reduced in the body. The effect observed in the skin is a faster-aging appearance, wrinkling, and skin dryness which can also be observed in the nails and toes.

4) Smoking Effects on Asmetha and Long-Term Conditions

Smoking has been observed to Worsen asthmatic symptoms, including shortness of breath, wheezing sound, and difficulties in breathing.

Asthmatic symptoms are challenging to control when smoking leads to complications and asthmatic immunity to drugs and other treatments, leading to severe and sometimes death. Smoking also increases the risk of developing flu-like symptoms, pneumonia, and heart-related problems.

5) Smoking Increases Your Chance of Getting Cancer

Lung cancer is the most prevalent cancer associated with smoking. However, smoking has also been linked to causing cancer in various organs in the body, which is listed below.

  1. Cancer of the liver, bladder, and the kidney
  2. Stomach cancer
