There’s just no way there won’t be conflict whenever money is involved but we just need to calm ourselves whenever we’re in any hard situations.There is nothing that can’t be solved when calmed

Very true, patience is really needed. As a business owner, you would meet all kinds of customers. The understanding ones, the annoying ones, the ones that all they do is stress you, the rude ones etc so if you have no patience you might not be able to cope
 
To have control over your business you need to avoid giving products and services on credit because some customers are not honest enough to keep their word, and then don't fight with your customers because you need them in as much as they need you.
