I wouldn't blame such people because if you live in my jurisdiction, you will understand that so many youth explore the internet through scamming activities and that is what they keep doing to make riches which has become the order of the day.

You have a very valid point in that regard because so many people have chosen the internet as a platform to perpetrate a lot of illicit activities in order to make wealth and it has become the norm in many societies today .
