Not really, but I have been suspended for a week or so before on a website like that. Till now I don't understand how they calculated the money they removed from my earnings, all I saw was that when I got back I am having minus sign on my account lolz.

That's the disadvantages of such site and also the disadvantages of being suspended , you should know that some of your earning will be automatically removed due to your suspension..

CPM ad network is only for website. You will need to have a website to implement cpm ad code to it.
On CPM ad, you will be paid per mile which means that you will be paid per 1000 views. And the rates varies. There are some that pays as low as $0.01 per mile while some pays as high as $1.

I do not have a website, but I think CPM ads are better than CPA or PPC ads because you do not have to depend on engagement on your ads to make money from your site.

I believe you are talking about making money from display advert. Well I have never try it out but I am planning to use it on my blog very soon. But I have try out affiliate marketing and make money with it.
