Maybe in most countries, the pandemic has restricted housing plans and real estate but in my area, I could say that housing projects seemed more rampant during the pandemic as people had time to want to start or complete their housing projects.

Yeah I think it lowered the prices of goods and services for the period of the pandemic lockdown but I think after the lockdown it has been kinda unstable,fluctuating between its usual price and been more expensive in my location.
Covid-19 virtually affected all businesses and not just the housing sector. There was a negative impact in the housing sector as price of materials went up as a result of non availability of materials due to the global lockdown

I agree with you, housing prices in my country have remained the same and some have even increased in cost. This is because many people are taking advantage of the pandemic situation and are not working because of the biosecurity restriction, to fulfill their dreams of owning a property.
Same here. Even with the difficult situations in the country, some house owners are still being inhumane enough to raise rent in my area. It is simply the best to have your own property.
In my opinion, not really because, the pandemic has negative effects on some set of people, and positive effects on some other people.

The housing prices are naturally affected by natural phenomenal, but not withstanding it will still return back to it's normal price, it's all about understanding amongst ourselves.
In my country, particularly in my area of residence, the covid 19 pandemic has greatly increased the price of houses. As a matter of fact, getting accommodation this period is very scarce and the few home owners have increased the price as such most tenants do not have a choice but to get the accommodation at the price.
Well, for this corona pandemic, a lot of opportunities have been opened for some people and I think one can make Good use of it to buy properties as well.

Yes, somehow in my country, the cost of houses has dropped a little. But this is because people can no longer buy them. The rate of buying land has dropped. Land and housing is seen as a secondary need. Things are hard now. Yes, it can be the best time to buy. But only if you want to live in it, not with the speculation of selling it at some point.
I think the pandemic affected a lot of business ,because many business couldn't survive more because other lockdown , i hope it ends very soon

To some extent covid-19 pandemic really affected the housing market. The lockdown forced most people to stay indoors or limits their mobility, if people are not going to work which reduces their earnings they will want to continue to manage their current house till things will get better rather than relocate to a better one.
Of course covid 19 cause house marketing to go down and many other business. During the period of covid 19 I see no reason why we should not buy house. But actually many people choose not to
Yes, covid-19 pandemic has indeed caused a lot of damage to the real estate market, according to several media reports. The prices of property has fluctuated a lot. However, the real estate business was already suffering from downfall before pandemic in my country because my government increased the taxes and this affected the real estate market a lot.

Yes, covid19 caused a lot of damage in houses even business too nothing is moving well as before, business is going down in the name of pandemic.
As inhumane as it is, some house owners still see nothing bad in hiking the rent. In my area, rent has increased despite the fact that there are houses without people to rent them yet because of the high amount.
If you are waiting for the best time to buy a house or land then you wont be able to buy anything, covid-19 lockdown has skyrocketed almost the price of everything in the market here, so i think its vice versa. So if the price is down in your area, then make haste and start buying.

I don't think that the outbreak of covid-19 any effect on the hosting company because they all operate online. Every operation involved in hosting is carried out online, so there is not way they can be affected.
yes of course, covid course house marketing business to go down a little bit but covid19 did not really affect the house marketing business this is because even in the period of covid-19 people still sell properties online
