When you click on ads, it will open a new window where you will see the ads that is been promoted. On top of the page you will see a timer that will count down to zero after which you will be asked to verify if you are human. That is the counter I am talking about

I have never tried paidverts but I know this paid to click site. I have eard about paid membership on ptc sites where you are supposed to receive more ads and high paying ads for you to earn better.
