Remote working from overseas have been around for quite many years now even before the advent of the dreaded covid-19. Handling it has always been the way it has been till now based on the kind of task given to the person overseas.
 
The world has now become very ell digital and you do not need all those physical meetings any longer. You can do this by using team management softwares to schedule.
 
Online remote working has been on for so long a time as I can remember. All these freelancing platforms you've been working from and carrying out job operations from are all done remotely. There is just nothing new about this
 
Due to pandemic a lot of people are now hiring other remote workers from around the world. And that means there is going to be a demand for new workers from here onwards. I am wondering if there are going to be norm for how to handle workers in remote format.

I have not had an experience of handling and hiring a remote workers around the world , but I think its a great experience and since you are the boss, you can dictate the norms of how the work is going to be.
 
Well I don't have experience on this topic because even thou am not a manager because I believe managers may have a better knowledge about how to handle the situation but I believe the situation can be handled just as any other things are handled that is by adopting the principles of labor of that particular country to the foreigners.
 
I think distance is not a problem today as long as the Internet is present. Especially if the work was on the net
I think that the pandemic had opened our eyes to see how useful other remote workers can be and thankfully we have new applications that can help us communicate easily to assign tasks.
 
Handling overseas employees is very possible these days, it is well enhanced by technology. You can do that by the use of web cameras to monitor performance or to carry out meetings. Moreover, you can easily pay your workers from wherever you are using several payment methods.
 
Well, in reply to your question in the above post concerning how to handle remote workers from overseas, well, I am of the opinion that you can handle workers remotely effectively if you have good management skill and you are effective with using the computer

Remote workers would not go against the set Rules and regulations if they get penalized whenever they go wrong. Every business owner should set Rules and regulations and abide by it.
 
I'm not sure there is some sort of blueprints for you to follow to be able to properly handle people remotely. I think when you're in charge it just comes naturally, and you find it easier as well.

I am too unsure about that. Though may be ther are tools to handle from a remote location, but I am unsure about how well that will work.

I think it very simple, because everybody knows their tasks and what to do, before I proceed let me point out that efficiency is dependent on the type of job or task you do. You just reconvene to discuss strategies, reports and problems at the end of the day.

It is not that easy to handle overseas worker remotely when you have a business overseas and you are not there to manage and organise it you must have a trusted supervisor who will help you oversee such business or as it might be facing challenges.
