Got $7.2 instead of $9

Good day,I withdrew $10 which was $9 minus transaction fees but I received just $7+. Can it be resolved?
Also can I still put in a withdrawal request today or till next week?

The amount you received was correct. The reason you received 7$ was because of the transaction fee associated with Coinbase.
