As members of Bizdustry.com, and as members of various different websites and forums that allow you to post on topics you enjoy replying to, or to content that allows you to get paid, you may at one point or another have been given a warning for a bad post, or something similar to a warning on your conduct being seen on the forum you visit regularly.
In this thread, I hope to give you an idea of what should be done, to help better understand whether a warning on something that was posted or on your conduct on Bizdustry.com specifically. This guide can be used to help you out on other websites, but considering not all sites are built the same, you may have to go about the following in a different manner, in relation to that website.
When Bizdustry gives out board warnings, it is usually because you broke some rule in some manner, or did not consistently follow guidelines when it comes to using this forum. This may be due to various reasons on why you are given the board warning, but it generally will state what you did wrong, and what you need to stop doing, or improve on.
As a note, we know not everyone reads the Terms of Services to the websites they join, but it is still something that must be followed, when using that particular site. Bizdustry.com is no exception to this. We also know not everyone goes looking for the rules on the first go around of joining a forum, and may not even read them, till they are either given a reminder or warning to follow the rules. This is something we do expect to happen, as not everyone likes to read what can be described as, a "Wall of Text", when joining.
In the case just mentioned, the first warning given out, is to be considered as both of the following, a note that you need to read the rules, and to actually follow them in the future.
As a note, as mentioned in the Public Moderation Policy, each and every single official board warning that the moderation and administration teams give out, the system AUTOMATICALLY deducts 1,000 BizNotes from your account. This is to ensure that your attention is grabbed, and that you will actually take note and follow the Rules and Terms of Service. This; while it may seem cruel; is necessary to ensure that all members follows the Terms of Service and Forum-Wide Rules.
To note, do not freak out when you are given a board warning, as this is a way to help you remember to read and follow the forum's rules.

First off, before even getting far into your membership of the forum, the first thing that you should do is to make sure you know what rules are expected of you to follow on the forum. Reading them, helps to ensure that your experience on the forum goes well.

Generally speaking, your board warning will include what that term or rule you broke. Most of the time, this is not reversible, as nearly all board warnings are given out with a clear reason. As a reminder, all sections of the forum that you earn from, requires you to provide as good as quality as you can produce. If you can't produce quality, then you might be breaking some rules.

Generally speaking, moderation actions won't be so frequent here, unless you consistently do something to break the forum's Terms.
This area of the forum, you can post without limit. This means, if you want to have fun discussing non serious topics, or just want to debate your favorite computer system or phone, you can do so without limitation! Post as much as you want here!
The downside of posting in the Intellectual Talk Category, is that you do not earn from the content you post. And honestly, this is to prevent people from posting stuff to avoid earning limitations in the sections you can earn in.

The main thing here, is since the whole Marketplace Section, the Member to Member Marketplace Services, is geared towards earning and spending money. Without rules, and how to react if someone is acting sketchy there, makes it impossible to know whether or not you are going to get the services you are paying for.
