A friend of my started learning Forex trade for the past 2 years and I can say, he is making lots of cash eventhough I can't tell if he had any losses in the past.

I recently ventured into Forex trading because of my friends success in the Forex world not knowing that I was in for a shock.
I lost $100 the week I started my trade which led me to call my friend and ask him how he does it and also how I can recover my cash, but to my surprise he said I can never recover the money I lost in the trade which made me to realize that Forex is another gambling business.

Forex and Cryptocurrency could be said are a gamble, not the traditional way, because you have ways to beat the system by learning how to do it.
If you didn't learn from losing those 100$ then you lost everything, if you found a way that won't work and know a way that will because of that, then you should consider those 100$ an investment.

Forex trading is not exactly gambling and they are not the same. You can always make gains in forex trading if you have good skills in predictive analysis. You have to study past and present events and must have good understanding of the forex market to make money.

I think forex trading is not the same as gambling, because gambling only relies on the factor of luck, while forex trading must require skill and experience, so don't be blind traders, we have to learn forek trading from the start, strategy, analysis and use of robots because forex trading is a part of high risk types.

if you're a beginner in Forex field and you don't have your ideas to manage your money then it will be like gambling even not.

Forex trading can be gambling to some people that wants to make money quick without learning the ropes. But still its profitable once one masters the techniques.

Forex is not a get rich quick skeme, you need time, energy and money to succeed, is not like gambling where you invest $10 and get$100 without doing anything. FX requires hard work and exclusive devossion to succeed.

In anything in life where you just jump into because you see people into it and want quick profits then you are gambling. For ex is predicting if a stock value would rise or fall. There are many internal and external factors that determines how it goes. You should study all this factors first before staking and sure you will make profits.

Forex trading is different from gambling, in forest trading you trade on signals and volatility of Cryptocurrencies, while in gambling they deal only on assumptions. Although both require some element of luck, but forex trading is different from gambling.

It's not a gamble, it's more of buying and selling but the problem is most people venture into forex with wrong mentality and suffer for it at the end, only trade forex after you've learnt it perfectly. The good thing is that you can trade with demo account during your learning process to Know how good you've become

Forex trading and gambling might not be the same but they have some similarities in between them. Gambling is based on luck as they say and forex trading is based on skill and experience. But the similarity is the profit that is going to be made

Well, forex trading is not the same as gambling. Although forex trading did not turn out well for your friend, I can assure you that thousands of persons are still making money from it on a daily basis. My advice is this; tell your friend to get in touch with those who are experienced in forex trading and learn from them.

I will agrees with you to some extent. Forex is a gambling game but based on calculation and analysis. While the other forms of gambling primarily based on luck. Luck is not always work out in forex. You have to study the market and the trend very well u like football betting and the likes.

When you do trading and any kind of trading it is like gambling because of the concept that you can gain or you can lose money. Trading in stocks or forex is practically the same thing that you buy now in the hope that tomorrow the price would increase so you can sell it at once. But that is not what usually happens. You have to wait for the price to inch up higher and when it is high sometimes you still hope to increase more until the price would crash. Yes, that is a type of gambling.

Forex is not the same as gambling because the true meaning of forex os buying and selling of currencies so before you buy a certain currency you will have to use your strategy to confirm whether to buy the currency so you cannot just go and buy a currency like that moreover if you don't use your strategy to confirm whether to buy a currency no doubt about it that is gambling but forex is not like that so its not gambling

I completely disagree with you that forex trading is a gamble, forex trading is only a gamble for novice that doesn't know much about forex trading, you have to make a thorough research on the subject, you will be schooled on the act of forex trading and how to use good trading strategy, only then forex trading will cease from being a gamble to you.

Real trading is when you can trade like a casino owner, looking for long term growth of your casino. Forex is gambling if you keep committing the mistakes that gamblers commit. To win in the long run, you need to operate like a forex trading casino rather than gambling in forex.
Trading Forex
isn't gambling - Here's why

So, what differentiates Forex and gambling is that traders aren't passive participants of the process where they're intentionally put in a worse position by the market.

Gambling can not be the same thing with forex.
When you study forex very well you will be able to make profit good profit.
Gambling you can gamble for life without achieving anything not even profit. In gamble you keep losing your money in the end.

Forex is an investment opportunity and a chance to make profitable income for those that possess the in depth knowledge about how forex works.
But forex can be a gamble too for those without knowledge who go into forex thinking it is a get rich quick scheme.
What forex is to you depends on the kind of forex trader you are.
