There is no special program out there that I have even known of that can help you accomplish any of the tasks on all of the micro job sites that I know of. You will have to physically carry them.out yourself and submit proof of work done

That would be cheating the system which would be unfair to the site owners. I think the best way is to take your time and by the time you get the hang of it, you work faster and earn more.
