From time to time good and bad things are happened in our life. After all the bad situations one day a good day will come. We just need to keep patience in bad situations and keep hope in our minds that everything will be OK.

Many times we feel upset about many things. But we should keep in our mind that lose in one thing is not the end of everything .we should keep patience and try and try to reach the goal. Because when you try from your heart and work hard one day the success will come to your door.

So don't be upset and do your work regularly. Spent your time on good things that will help you to achieve some good things.
 
Feeling upset are inevitable, it might occur due to a little misunderstanding or something you are not pleased with, some people might intentionally offend you just for you to get angry. But whatever the case may be, whenever such angry event happen. I will say the first thing to do is to keep calm and remain silent To avoid bigger quarrels.

Man's life continues to fluctuate And many problems and problems are encountered But it's time to pass... Depends on how we get out of this phase... We should bear and dare ourselves at such a time.. And there will come a time when all the worries will end and a good time will begin.
 
The feeling of anger is a natural feeling that we as humans and living things will have to experience from time to time. It's the self control that we can muster that makes us good people.
 
Feeling upset may happen after you experience bad things in life as of: medical problems, not winning the lottery, breaking a toe, losing in a video game and etcetera. When we are feeling upset and sad we let the feeling to get out and this is healthy as long as it not keeps going and going for too long, crying is basically pulling out the stress out of your body, this is healthy and helps you to handle it. People who hold their feelings inside are not healthy mentally and should change it right away, otherwise it might explode at any time and then it will be way harder to deal with it.
I personally a sensitive person so I know how crying feels, but that's life and we have to move on no matters what happens we don't have any other chance anyway......
