Land disputes among families is not a new thing , there are some times that it has gotten to a point whereby families chase each other and arrest each it he just because of land dispute.

Most times it is just best to purchase your own land and avoid the problems that come with family lands and houses. This inheritance thing is really causing disputes in families.

I have seen families who incorporate businesses together and they strive perfectly well and I've also seen families who do not incorporate well in business which leads to a collapse. Personally, I would not involve family when it comes to business because I have had a terrible experience.

In Real estate family business there should be a clear defined boundary with issues of family, where none should interfere with the other. And in the business there should be a well defined managerial hierarchy where the position of people will not be in contention.

What if there is a situation where you come across a business that can produce good profit but it has to do with your family, would you let it go or are you going to take it?

You should be good if we can take the case to the court of law. Let the boat party acquire the services of an attorney to present the case in the court. Whoever prevails will have the possession of the property in that should be a final.

I don't like going into business with family member it can bring problem sometimes so I never support such that idea, I like to avoid any family member in because.

To prevent dispute between family members as regards to properties acquisitions such as land, there must be define boundaries. It is true they are family, but for peace to rain family relationship should not extent to business field. The rules, deal and regulations should apply to everyone participating in the business irrespective of family relationship. Any refusal to adhere to the instructions should face the music of penalty.

I've seen such situations in my country and it's all due to greed - there's no other explanation for it. Everyone wants to get the deal without involving the other person and in the end, problems always arise which most times, the buyer bears the brunt.

This issue reminds me of my siblings that if ever my parents had a real estate business then it would be chaotic because each of my siblings has their own opinion on the matter. I do not want to elaborate but it was a disaster when it comes to the inheritance. Everything went the legal way but scheming devils have their own way to take advantage of the situation.
