Yeah! There are still some Facebook tools I thought u gonna share with this also.. Promoting page with ads I well known to be effective but u believe there should be other ways at which traffic can be generated into a page not by advert alone but by utilizing it properly.

Yes.... You talked about few words and character and audience. You also talked about monetizing or creation of ads which is a fast method of building an audience. But the amount is just high for advert but at least its will yours a good result at the long run.
