There was this one time when there was a disparity between my pay and my colleague's pay, though both of us handled similar jobs. My colleague got a higher pay and I was really upset and did speak about it to the management.

It only happened to me just once when I was working in a bakery , I decided to quit working and get a better job opportunity but the owner of the bakery insist she can't pay me becuase I am leaving , that she can only pay me if I don't leave ,
No I didn't but if I would have this situation I would try to solve it as much as possible things that involves money are very sensitive and can cause conflicts easily
