Sometimes you have to go through the dirty part to make a good mount. For example, some people get into drug trafficking and they make huge income. I think it depends on your values, can you bear with investing in unethical methods.

Truth be told , if you engage in an ethical business , you wont get to make much profit as you want and that's why many business gets their hands dirty just to make big money.
