Estate renovation

We have not experienced such before, but I don't think they will ask you guys to move out, obviously some people may not have any other place to go, so I want to believe you guys will still be in the compound or rather estate while they do their renovationn. It could be probably outside/ exterior and not necessarily inside renovation.

It's necessary and very important to renovate your eastate any time any day of your choice, becouse if you do be assured of receiving money more and more Profit From your business, ok? I really appreciate that cos it's a way for maximizing your profit big time.

Some renovation only involved the out look of the building and some involve but the outside and the inside of the building. It it only involve the outside, you will not be sent out but if it involve everywhere you might be asked to park out for sometime

It depends on the types of renovation that the company want to carryout, if it is a major renovations in which some parts of the buildings will be demolished or remodelled, you will have to leave the building for it. If it is a minor renovations, you can stay or vacate the building for some days for it to be done. I think your estate agent is in the best position to answer your question.

We received a letter today from the estate agency about a renovation coming up at the beginning of the year.

We do not know how the process will go cos this is our first time of hearing about this.

Will they ask us to move out when the renovation is going on or will they allow us to stay back when the renovation is on. I need someone who have witness this to give me what they feel will happen on that that day or week.
It depends but i beleive they would have told you to move out if its a thorough renovation that will take months , but I beleive its a minor renovation and there's no cause for alarm.

Estate renovation is really good because is good to maintain so that it will be looking good and attractive, estate renovation is the process of adding quality to your house.

This was supposed to be contained in the letter as it depends on the kind of renovation. If it is a major one then you will have to move out, if it is a minor one then no need.

Well i have never experienced this before but i believe it would be based on the level of renovation being carried out at that point in time. If it requires you moving out, then they would provide a place to stay until its all over.

The words “renovate” and “remodel” are often used interchangeably when it comes to real estate, contracting, and interior design. ... Essentially, the difference between them is that a renovation refers to restoring something to a previous state, while a remodel refers to creating something new.

It depends on the amount of renovation the company wants to Carry out. If it's something really big, then you guys have to move out

Estate renovation is very good it has more beauty and value to the existing property. some people deliberately engage in any location in order to add more to the rent fee they are collecting from the tenant.

Renovation is not something you should panic about, it could be a minor thing like just repainting so you should just discuss with your property owner to know how much this might affect you.

Within this particular situation, it depends upon the kind of remodelling certainly there certainly are actually intending on starting your real property. Besides i don't certainly not believe it will certainly be actually an extreme remodelling that needs you vacating your house. I expect it will certainly be actually one thing small, about the real property, possibly certainly not also your very own house, they are actually just notifying you that is all of.

Are all the houses in the estate involved In the renovation?
Anyways, you may be asked to vacate if it is a major renovation. They may not really want to inconvenient the tenants.

If the renovation is a major one then there is no way you will not have to move out of the apartment. In my country that is the excuse most landlord use in ejecting their tenants.

Estate renovation is also a good business which are done by real estate owner or contractors. Renovation of estate is rebranding those old estate buildings and making them look new. After estate are been renovated, sometimes new price tag is introduce and this improves the income of the estate owners, some estate are renew every five years and this all depends on the estate management.

This has a greater function to play because it can help boost the value of an assets depending on the location. Sometimes it might require huge capital , that is the only disadvantage

Every property is different, I would contact your landlord. The properties I own, i usually only do renovations between tenants. I did have a bathroom problem in one and I put them up in a hotel for the 4 days, my insurance policy handled it.
It is very necessary for the owner of a property to fix some of the issues that arise in the building of the Tennant,I have a friend whose owner usually fix all their utility concern and the major fault that arise from their building .

It depends on the kind of renovation that they intend to undergo. Some renovations doesn't require the evacuation while other major house renovation will require everything to be evacuated from the property.

Depending on the type of renovation, it might result in you needing to stay elsewhere temporarily, or to stay out of certain areas in the property. Some renovations could be on just one room, in which case I'm sure it'd be fine to stay there. But yeah, depends on how big the renovation is and how long it'll take.
