It is not available in all countries, eureka survey is only available in united state,why Zap survey and Toluna are available in many countries.
You can check it out to know if it's available in your country of residence.

Wow that would be a wonderful platform if it really pays, but unfortunately PayPal does not accept payment from pakistan, we are unable to receive through PayPal payment system so its very difficult for us to work here.
