I believe it does. January is always noticed as the month people spend less cause they might have spent so much during Christmas. This trends keeps on happening

Definitely,different business have boost sales or low sales with different times in a year.e.g the clothing business sales out more when festive period is around the corner,same with farm produce sales out in all the months of the year,but umbrella or rain coat will have a low sales during dry season/summer and winter
