Does listening to music with concentration?

There are many Articles worldwide, that you can find on Google and Bing that state that listening to music while studying or working can drastically help with concentration. A lot of businesses and schools are allowing listening to the radio/music to their employees or students. Let's debate, does it help with concentration and make us more productive in the work or school place?

I can't concentrate on my work or studies while listening to the radio or music. I wonder how some people can focus on their writing work (or where mental activity is involved) and complete their tasks without making mistakes.

If I listen to music, I will not be able to concentrate on what I'm doing most especially in learning . Sometimes it depends on what I am learning because music in most cases can help relieve boredom.
