Most people realize that owning a stock means buying a percentage of ownership in the company, but many new investors have misconceptions about the benefits and responsibilities of being a shareholder. Many of these misconceptions stem from a lack of understanding of the amount of ownership that each stock represents. For large companies, such as Apple (AAPL) and Exxon Mobil (XOM), one share is merely a drop in the pond. Even if you owned $1 million worth of shares, you'd still be a small potato with very little equity in the company.

Yes if you buy share in a company that makes you an automatic owner of a part of the company, you also benefits form the companies profit. The larger your shares the higher your profit. There is a point your shares will get to you become on of the board of directors of the company and also partake in the decision making of the company.

There are no guarantees of profits, or even that you will get your original investment back, but you might make money in two ways. First, the price of the stock can rise if the company does well and other investors want to buy the stock.

I thinj yes you can call it that you have a portion in that company. As shares are real parts of company's assets so if you buy shares then you have part and portion of business. But the company only runs due to share holders.

Yes if you buy shares in any company, you are part of it the company, but that doesn't mean you own part of the company ok? You have a share with the company doesn't make you the owner, and as a share Holder your contribution doesn't count in some companies.

If you buy a share of stock in a company, then you can automatically own a little are of the company that corresponds to the sum or percentage that your share of stock was worth. Many people see starting a business as being an act of investment, if they did not own their own company by themselves.

Yes, When you buy shares, you're buying a share of the company's assets and its profits. In fact (and in law), you're apart owner of the company. Depends on how much share you have is going to indicate your value in the company.

At the point when you purchase shares, you're purchasing a portion of the organization's resources and its benefits. Indeed (and in law), you're a section proprietor of the company.A share is a unit of possession conveyed by a capital organization. As a rule, it is a business organization with a restricted obligation. Holding one of a few offers – as such, being an investor – implies that you own a piece of the organization's capital however you are not held actually subject for the organization's obligations.

When a public company gets bought out, the stock will no longer exist for the company being bought. The stockholders can expect compensation either in the form of a stock-for-stock deal, cash payout or hybrid deal.

You're buying a portion of the company's assets and its earnings when you purchase shares. Actually (and in law), you are a part owner of the company. By buying either its stock or bonds, investors may invest in a business. ... He can buy 51 percent of the company's stock if an investor wishes to take over a company. As a result, taking over most businesses requires a great deal of money.

Buying a company's share definitely depicts that you own part of the company. The proceeds from the company is being shared to the shareholders of the company. Before buying a share, there is a percentage of returns that will be agreed on before you go into it.
The payment maybe annually or quarterly or monthly

Yea sure,it means you are part of the companies owners but never for once mistaken your little identity to begin to see your selves as first family as you are just like the bank that lends money so you don't really have the power to make decisions.

We cannot actually give the best decision on this it depends on the arrangement between you and the company you are buying the share from because they are the one that will decide how it should be done and how much profit you will get, that is how I know it is done.

Buying shares in companies is another way of making huge money, but you have to meet expert, and stockbrokers to know the right time, and the right companies to invest your money in. Buying a share in a company means you share in their losses, and you also share in their profit.
