If the websites have stand the test of time and are highly credible for what they say they do, then I have no reason not to trust the websites.

Yes , there are some sites that are just focussed on selling another sites with non string attached because they are selling the site's for a financially reason but its also good to double check just to be sure,How much do you trust stuff from Flippa etc..? Myself, I really don't trust a lot cause everything is "too good to be true". I mean, come on, if a site makes $1,000 a month, then the rule of thumb is you'd be paying $10,000 at the least.
Anyway, things to look for are the sources of traffic, visitor numbers etc.. Also, don't trust reviews cause I'm guessing it could be a gang that knows each other - giving fake reviews.
well, that's a good point to take on consideration once thinking about buying a website, there are other things to take on consideration because scammers get smarter over the timeif a site makes $1,000 a month, then the rule of thumb is you'd be paying $10,000 at the least.
Correct I totally agreed with youI have seen a lot of people who sell websites before and let me tell you how. First they purchase the domain then use their skills to build the website and even go as far as adding some posts and articles to it and after sometime they sell it for a fee and make their money.
