I think that YouTube is a very widely used platform and so the advantage will be that you will be able to reach a much broader audience in a much shorter period of time which is a very good thing for your business, especially for newer business. However, the disadvantage is that your video marketing skills must be exceptional to draw customers from YouTube. Also, you have to ensure that your product or service is a global service, as this would be reaching a global market.
I think you must find a better media platform to promote business in which it is easily reach by any individual. I didnt mean to say that youtube is not a good option in promoting your business, but think of it since youtube became popular, it got crowded by vloggers and content creators. It is a big challenge for you to put your business plan in a crowded media.
