Do you think video games are art?

Do you consider video games to be art? I think they qualify to some extent. Considering most games are made with graphics, I consider those as art in their own right, so why can't video games also in turn qualify as art? Do you think video games are an art form themselves?

When it comes to the graphics that are created by the game developers I would say that that qualifies as being art. You need the talent to be able to create graphics for a game and that talent is being an artist which then leads to your work being art.
