I think 2021 will be a very good year for small business owners and especially site owners, because everything is going digital these days, since after the covid19 business have been improving.

The covid 19 pandemic caused many issues , some companies were unable to achieve the plans for that year. Because the pandemic caused more issues

You are right. We are now seeing a shift from offline to online businesses. Most of the closed shops here wouldn't reopen because the owner had created an e-commerce. For eateries and restaurants there are online food stores that have no place for dining. That is cheaper because of the savings in expensive rental.

Yeah that's true. But the year has gone far already though and I thinkist offline businesses that where hit by the covid19 pandemic situation are beginning to get better by the day
